Job Overview & Purpose:
Reporting to the Managing Director of Client Services and collaborating with team members throughout the rest of the organization, the Client Services Program Manager role is responsible to provide the overall management, coordination, control, and completion of customer facing projects. Within those projects the responsibility includes managing requirements, scope, schedule/plan, quality, resources, and budget.
The role requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, Communicate with external customers and work collaboratively with the Explorys Product, Informatics and Development teams.
