Job Overview & Purpose:

Reporting to the Managing Director of Client Services and collaborating with team members throughout the rest of the organization, the Client Services Program Manager role is responsible to provide the overall management, coordination, control, and completion of customer facing projects.   Within those projects the responsibility includes managing requirements, scope, schedule/plan, quality, resources, and budget. 
The role requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, Communicate with external customers and work collaboratively with the Explorys Product, Informatics and Development teams.

Success in the first 100 days will be measured by the following deliverables:

  • Update and Complete Implementation Methodology
  • Work with team to define the approach for multiple Clinical Programs
  • Create and Effectively Manage at least 2 client facing projects

Essential Functions:

  • Provide direct communication/status to clients C-Level
  • Develop approaches for Customer Programs to maximize value of the Explorys solutions
  • Define project governance and manage Go-Live, closeout, and transition to support activities
  • Develop project specific Statements of Work
  • Work with in partnership with 3rd party vendors that have been engaged by our clients
  • Ensure proper project alignment and visibility both internally and externally
  • Influence leaders to balance competing priorities
  • Lead project and program activities to ensure effective scope, acceptable timing, maximum benefit and quality delivery

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications or Business Administration
  • Master’s Degree a plus
  • Experienced (minimum 10 years of job-related experience)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required & Preferred:

  • Expected to embody and align with the organization’s core values: Ethics, Accountability, and Empowerment
  • 10+ years Project Management experience managing projects and/or programs within healthcare in IT space
  • Professionally trained in Project Management
